Survival & BUSHCRAFT course IN SWEDEN
-
Learn real survival and bushcraft skills where they belong — outdoors, in the forest. Our bushcraft and survival courses near Stockholm are designed for people who want practical knowledge, confidence and real competence in the wild.
All our courses are built on the same core program: fire, shelter, water, food, navigation, fauna and flora awareness and camp life. These skills are practised directly in Swedish wilderness conditions.
What changes with course length is depth and independence.
The 2-day course focuses on preparation, comfort and confidence-building — a solid foundation for hiking and outdoor life.
The 5-day course moves further into immersion and self-reliance, where you build and rely on your own systems in the forest.
The 14-day course challenges both skill and psychology, including a solo survival phase in real wilderness conditions.
All courses take place 100% outdoors, with no classroom teaching. Theory is always followed immediately by practice.
Choose the course length based on how deep you want to go.
14-day survival course in Sweden
Advanced Bushcraft & Solo Wilderness Experience Near Stockholm
This 14-day survival course in Sweden is one of the few extended long-term wilderness survival programs in Scandinavia. Designed as advanced bushcraft and solo survival training, it combines intensive instruction with a structured eight-day solo phase in the Swedish wilderness.
This advanced survival course (överlevnadskurs) is designed for long-term wilderness immersion and structured solo training.
The program consists of:
6 days of advanced survival and bushcraft training
8 days alone in the wilderness, applying what you have learned
This is not entertainment survival. It is long-term wilderness survival training where preparation, discipline and psychological resilience define the experience.
-
The first six days build the foundation required for independent wilderness living.
You practise and refine:
The three survival fundamentals and prioritisation of needs
Advanced firecraft and long-term fire management
Durable shelter building using natural materials
Water sourcing, purification and sustainable use
Foraging for edible plants and mushrooms
Identification of toxic and medicinal plants
Fishing techniques without a rod (fish traps, night lines)
Trapping systems (practised without killing)
Wildlife tracking and silent movement
Rope-making from natural fibres
Encampment organisation and efficiency
Navigation through the map and natural orientation
Terrain movement, including river crossings
Basic wilderness first aid
Group survival and leadership
The tempo is high. Skills are repeated, tested and integrated into functioning systems. By the end of this phase, you have used them under real conditions.
You will also be briefed thoroughly on the psychological realities of extended solo time in the wilderness. This includes energy management, routine building, decision fatigue, motivation cycles and emotional regulation. The goal is not only to teach you how to survive, but also how to structure your mind and actions during isolation.
The objective is simple: prepare you fully for the solo phase.
-
After the training phase, you enter the solo stage.
For eight consecutive days, you remain alone in a designated wilderness area. The framework is supervised for safety, but daily survival depends on you.
You build and maintain your shelter
You manage your fire
You secure water
You source and prepare food
You organise your camp
Knowledge becomes lived experience.

This course is for individuals who want real long-term wilderness survival.
You do not need previous training.
You do need discipline, resilience and the willingness to take full responsibility for yourself. If you are ready to commit — physically and mentally — you belong here.
-
This course is not for comfort seekers or casual adventurers.
If you are looking for relaxation or entertainment-style survival, this is not the right program.
The commitment is serious — and so is the experience.
-
After fourteen days in the forest — including eight days alone — the difference is not theoretical.
You understand how to build systems that last: a shelter that holds, a fire that does not fail, water routines that are efficient and food planning that conserves energy.
You learn how small mistakes compound — and how disciplined structure prevents them. You experience how decision-making changes without external input. Routine and pacing become survival tools.
Beyond technical skill, you develop a different relationship to discomfort, uncertainty and silence. You learn to rely on preparation instead of emotion.
The competence gained is practical. The psychological shift is personal.
Few survival courses in Sweden offer extended solo wilderness training at this level.

Beyond Skills: Solo Survival Is Mental & Practical
— Learn self-leadership, decision-making, and bushcraft skills
The Psychological Dimension of Solo Wilderness Survival
Extended wilderness survival is as much psychological as technical.
During the solo phase, you may encounter silence, isolation, reduced stimulation, decision fatigue and fluctuating motivation.
Success depends on:
Creating structure and routine
Setting realistic goals
Conserving energy
Managing fear and doubt
Maintaining discipline
Trusting your preparation
Adapting calmly to change
Long-term survival is ultimately about self-leadership. The ability to continue acting without external reinforcement becomes central.
The framework is supervised. The responsibility is yours.
Not a Staged Experience: A Real Survival Challenge — structured, demanding & honest
Commitment & Intensity
Anyone in good physical condition can join this 14-day survival course, even without previous training.
However, this program is intense.
It requires sustained physical effort, mental focus and independent functioning over extended periods. During the solo phase, no one structures your time or energy. Your discipline determines the quality of your experience.
You do not need prior experience — and you do not need to already know how to survive alone. We will prepare you thoroughly during the first six days so that you enter the solo phase with the skills and structure required.
What matters most is your willingness to commit fully.
